Free Digital Marketing Tools

Alongside our guides and articles, we build small tools that handle the everyday jobs of digital marketing, the fiddly bits you would otherwise do in a spreadsheet or by eye.

Every tool here is free, needs no sign-up and runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type is ever sent to us or stored anywhere. We will be adding more over time, so it is worth checking back.

Why we build these

Most free marketing tools online are not really free. They are lead magnets: you get three results, then a form, then an email sequence you did not ask for. Others want your data more than they want to be useful.

Ours work differently because they run entirely in your browser. There is no account, no credit system and no export limit, and because the processing happens on your machine rather than on a server, your keywords and campaign names never leave your computer. That also means you can use them on client work without worrying about where the data went.

They are deliberately small. Each one does a single job properly rather than trying to be a platform.

How to use them on client work

All our tools are free to use commercially. Use them for client campaigns, inside your agency, or as part of a process you charge for. There is no licence to read and no attribution required, though a link back is always appreciated.

Because nothing is transmitted or stored, they are also straightforward from a data protection point of view, which tends to matter if you handle client data under a processing agreement.

More tools on the way

We are building these out one at a time, based on the jobs that come up most often in real campaigns.

Things currently on the list include a meta description length checker, a keyword grouping tool, and a Google Ads character count checker for responsive search ads.

If there is something you find yourself doing manually every week and you think a tool would help, let us know and we will take a look. Most of what we have built so far started as exactly that kind of message.

Common questions

Do I need to create an account?

No. There is no account, no email capture and no usage limit.

Is my data sent anywhere?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type reaches our servers, because there is nothing to reach.

Can I use these for client work?

Yes, including commercially, at no cost.

Will they always be free?

Yes. These exist to be useful, not to funnel you into a paid plan.
